A little note from me,

If you're here it could be likely that you've seen my videos on social media or Youtube. As we navigate the web - weaving from one place on the platform to another it is my intention to create a space where people can slow down. Connect - with themselves, spirit and others.
After a long time of using online platforms (10 years) I have found that email newsletters are the best way for me to keep in contact. Social media steals the spot light with its ads, noise and jargon, and our connection gets somewhat drowned in the algorithms.
If there's a class coming up you'd like to look at, services - or simply some fruitful tools within the emails I invite you to join my list. We keep it fairly real here - and although technology has helped connect to the many it also brings a surface level society. I believe spamming peoples inboxes is the most annoying thing in the world - so you shouldn't find that happening here.
